A graduate (topper) with an hons. electrical engineering diploma Nitesh jain was born in a traditional middle class farmer family. He is well known for his CREATIVITY, CONCEPT & IDEAS amongst his loved ones. Nitesh’s speciality to convert Ideas into reality is the key factor that makes him different from the league. His keen observation & boundless imagination makes him uncomparable.

He is a day dreamer, a passionate creator, a sharp speaker, a strategist & a business coach with huge fan following in central india. He strongly believes in making youth skilful instead of offering them a job.

According to one of his friend he worked really hard for his livelihood, he owned a library, used to sell kites, lotteries ,rakhi, crackers etc even he used to take tutions to support his education. His youngest brother Nimesh was very fond of cutting names on radium using surgical blades , that attracted him towards signage field. Nitesh says “Once I was sitting in my father’s cloth shop, I noticed 2 persons were installing a glow sign board in front of my shop, at that very moment I just had a dream with open eyes “mungeri lal k haseen sapne”, what if I could manufacture these signages in a factory with number of workers & machines working day & night. Ans today after 19 years that “mungeri lal k haseen sapne” seems to be turning into reality as we now hav the most latest & updated machines installed including the first & only UV hybrid printing machine in Madhya Pradesh.”

The struggle to match common basic needs of a middle class family motivated him to do all the hardwork with loyalty & right intension. One friend of his younger brother Nilesh helped them with Rs 2000/- to start signage business Shreevidya Arts & Graphics estd in year 2000 named after greatest jain saint Acharya Shri Vidyasagar ji Maharaj. He says “My mother broke her FD to buy me a computer. I closed my father’s cloth shop in year 2001 & he didnt talk to me for a week.”

Lady luck was introduced when he married his school time love Deepali in year 2003.

Nitesh adds “With the help of my maternal uncle we Shifted to Rewa for expansion of our business. My uncle helped us both morally & financially & then there was no looking back. I found that people can pay but there was no-one to serve, yes the demand & supply gap. I just filled the gap with one motto “Quality Speaks Itself” which is now our registered trademark line.

We both at rewa with 2 of my brothers at seoni worked day & night to match our clients requirements. With all the hardwork we created & maintained a repo of unmatchable QUALITY & out of the box CREATIVITY driven business between our clients in 2 cities of MP.

Ups & downs are part of life, in 2013 we faced lot of problems, machines were not working, customers were distracted, we were in huge debt. Also some of our employees betrayed us. Then I took full control over my business & then there was no looking back.

From 2016 my wife joined me as Head of Operations & Corporate affairs. She is very creative, innovative & an excellent event planner. Backed up with the best team leaders Vidhi, Manisha, Shraddha, Ajay, Vicky and others. We are now the best in the field as we are now serving 3 states M.P, Chhatisgarh and Maharashtra.

Along with the main government projects, we had done major projects with some of biggest corporates of india. We also had executed biggest events of VINDHYA region within record completion time. The programs are still a benchmark. Nitesh won an award for “best logo design of Vindhya Mahotsav” which was appreciated by then CM of MP Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan himself. Recently successfully executed an official attempt of Guiness Book of World Records national event, concept & designed by Nitesh.
