Sharhabeel Parambil founded the Continental Towers and Billets, an architecture firm in 2016 to lead and inspire the builders of India to be more innovative and creative towards their approach to interior and exterior designing. With this ambition in mind, he led more than 50 commercial and residential buildings projects over the cities of Calicut, Malappuram, Wayanad, Bangalore and many more. He is an encouraging and motivational team leader working with architects from and outside his firm with dedication and enthusiasm. He is a good listener and is extremely passionate about his field of work.

His journey to creating one of the leading architecture firms in India started with his drive for architecture and his unique vision to bring creativity and ideas to the field. While he recognised the demand for good architecture in the real estate market, what made his firm unique is the minute detailing and planning that went into each project he worked on.

“There are multiple minute parts that the designers and developers miss while planning a project. After researching on the same, I found these details make the difference that the market demands today. Our firm focuses on developing these parts and working on futuristic projects.”

It wasn’t easy to create a business from scratch at such a young age. Sharhabeel Parambil faced multiple difficulties because he was very young in his field. At the beginning of his career, his ideas were ignored by the other members and rarely applied. It was also difficult to gain the financial support necessary to start a business and lack of support for a start-up in Calicut. The biggest challenge he faced was getting a huge loan of 1Cr for the Villa Project that he aspired to undertake. He overcame all of these difficulties to win multiple awards like Best Conceptual Builders Award (2019), Young Entrepreneur Award (2019), Best Property Developer Concept (2019) from various organisations over India.

“My father (Parambil Kunhimon) remains the biggest inspiration in my life. He encouraged me and guided me through the worse difficulties I faced in this business.”
Not only is Mr Sharhabeel a great architecture and entrepreneur, but he is also an inspiration to the young architects of India who dreams of designing a new India. He is well-loved by his employees and a good business partner to Mr Rashid (principal architect), Mrs Nusreen (senior civil engineer) and Mr Jawad Ahmed. Together they form a strong team and work through the details and planning of multiple projects and more to come. Sharhabeel Parambil from being a civil engineer to an architect he has lived a life of hard work, effort, creativity and innovation which finally led him to be the founder and managing partner of Continental Towers and Billets.
