Armed with a Master’s in Labor Relations and an MBA from the United States, Vishal laid the groundwork for Alwar Malt & Agro’s success. A defining moment came when he worked in a brewery in Nepal, where he gained invaluable insights into the bottling industry. This experience helped shape the company’s successful expansion into water bottling and the creation of the Spring Water brand, which has become well-regarded for its quality and purity.
Starting out with a focus on malting, brewing, and agro-products, Alwar Malt & Agro gradually diversified its operations. The company now plays a key role in bottling and water production, collaborating with various contract partners. With a robust annual turnover, the company is a cornerstone of Rajasthan’s industrial ecosystem, manufacturing everything from malt-based beverages to vital agro products and being actively involved in trading and commodities.
However, the company’s success is not only measured in profits. Vishal is deeply committed to ensuring that business growth goes hand in hand with social responsibility. “We focus on driving economic progress in the region and are dedicated to empowering our local community,” he states. “This is at the heart of everything we do.”
