Kavita started her firm in January 2021, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on user-friendly design that brings comfort to daily life. She specializes in residential and commercial architecture, but her curiosity and desire to explore new things keeps her open to the possibility of expanding her expertise in the future.
Kavita’s passion for architecture and design is driven by her desire to build dreams for society by involving clients in the design process. Kavita had to start from scratch, with no family background in architecture or construction, but her parents’ faith and support helped her turn her dreams into reality.
Kavita’s family has been her rock, and her grandfather and father have been her inspiration and idols. Her father taught her high moral values, and her grandfather instilled in her the belief that she should not follow where the path may lead, but go where there is no path and leave a trail. Kavita’s good listening skills, creative mind, and attention to detail make her unique as an entrepreneur.
Kavita’s first project, Keshavam, is the one closest to her heart. Designing an abode is daunting, and Kavita was able to live up to the expectations of her client, creating a place that someone would refer to as a “Home.” Kavita’s focus on user-friendly design and attention to detail helped her achieve her goal.
Kavita believes that the trend is shifting towards sustainable and green architecture, and she has been working on incorporating these elements into her designs.
