Now based in Dubai, Aadithyan has stunned the tech world by launching his own IT company, Trinet Solutions, at just 13 years old — a rare and inspiring feat.
A Passion for Technology From Age Five
Aadithyan’s journey into the tech world began early. At the age of five, his father introduced him to BBC’s Typing website, sparking a lifelong interest in computers and coding. His curiosity quickly turned into a passion, and by the age of nine, Aadithyan had already created his first mobile app — showcasing talent and drive well beyond his years.
This early exposure to programming laid the foundation for what would become a promising future in the IT industry.
Founding Trinet Solutions
In 2018, Aadithyan took a bold step by launching Trinet Solutions, a startup focused on web design, mobile app development, and software solutions. Despite the company not being officially registered yet, Aadithyan, along with three school friends, has completed projects for over 12 clients. From building websites to designing mobile apps, Trinet Solutions has already carved a niche in the market, serving individuals and small businesses alike.
The young entrepreneur has also been developing a class management app for his school, aimed at helping students and teachers streamline class activities. This practical application of his skills has earned him recognition among peers and educators.
A Versatile Tech Creator
Aadithyan’s skill set goes far beyond just coding. He is also proficient in graphic design, including logo creation and UI/UX web design. This blend of technical and creative skills allows him to offer end-to-end digital solutions — a rare capability, especially for someone his age.
In addition to running his startup and managing schoolwork, Aadithyan also maintains a YouTube channel, titled ‘A Craze’, where he creates and uploads content related to technology, web development, coding tutorials, gaming, and design tips. Through this platform, he aims to share knowledge with other young tech enthusiasts and budding developers.
Educator in the Making
Aadithyan’s future plans include launching online courses focused on Android app development, and he’s already collaborating with his younger sister to produce high-quality educational videos. His vision is to empower more kids and teens to explore coding and technology through easy-to-understand, hands-on tutorials.

Although still in its early stages, Aadithyan dreams of expanding Trinet Solutions globally. His long-term goals include registering the company, creating apps for iOS devices, and offering advanced software solutions for international clients.
