My name is Shweta Ahuja, and I am the proud founder of Shweta Ahuja Interiors located in Kanpur. Born and raised in a loving family involved in the hosiery business, I was the first to venture into the world of architecture and interior design. Despite initial doubts, I always excelled academically and developed a passion for creativity and drawing.
Taking on projects for my siblings and participating in school drawing competitions fueled my desire to pursue a career in interior design, even though it was unfamiliar territory for my family. Overcoming objections, I enrolled in the INIFD Institute for Interior & Fashion Design in Kanpur after completing my B.Com from Christ Church College.
Graduating in 2013, I embarked on my journey as an independent interior designer, focusing on Budget Premium interiors to bring luxury living within everyone’s reach. Inspired by the accomplishments of Gauri Khan, I aspired to make a mark in the industry through my creativity and dedication.
As an entrepreneur, I faced challenges and learned the importance of versatility and understanding various aspects of the business, including marketing and working with contractors and suppliers.
What drives me is the joy of seeing families happy and content in the spaces I design, and it motivates me to continue creating beautiful and peaceful environments.
